This session explores how Response to Intervention for Academics (RTI-A) can be effectively implemented in lower elementary classrooms through play, movement, and game-based learning. Designed for K–2 educators, this session highlights practical, developmentally appropriate strategies that support early literacy and math skills while keeping students actively engaged.
Participants will see how to embed targeted skill practice into simple, low-prep games. We will also address how to differentiate within these activities to meet a range of learner needs, and create a supportive environment where intervention feels fun rather than stigmatizing.
